Founded in 1988, C3 Investments has built its reputation as an esteemed real estate development company in the Carolinas. After C3 established itself in commercial real estate in Charleston, SC it expanded into hotel development in 2000 in Southport, NC, where it currently operates two select service hotels. Gordon Lovingood, founder and owner, personally selects projects that benefit and enhance the communities they call home. He has owned a home in Blowing Rock for 23 years, where he lives part time with his wife, Leslie. C3 Investments is excited about future opportunities in Blowing Rock.
